So...things...

Just dropping a line to say hello to the deviantart world!
I have been away for awhile and hopeful will be returning with some new photos! I have a few new things from the past few months to post. I also started a new project with my new pup, Ellie. I've been taking pictures of her every 2 months to mark her growth. I will be posting those soon. Along with some images I took at this years NY Comic Con! Anyone who went this year knows how awesome it was (and crowded)!
It is almost the end of the year and I haven't done any zombie shoots.
I don't know if I will have time to do any by the end of the month. But I do plan on starting them back up in the new year!

I died a bit since September. But I am healed up now.
But don't worry! I was actually extremely too busy to come onto deviantart during my last year as an undergraduate. My Practicum and Student Teaching experience was the most exhausting and amazing thing I've done in my entire life. And yes, that's right. I have finally graduated and have way too much time on my hands now!

My art tumblr is going to be a motivation for me to continue my photography, doodling, attempt at drawing & painting, and even some graphic design work.
My little brain has constantly been craving some creative freedom for the past year. I have been neglecting it and it is most certainly time to change that.

New Photos, Fall, Zombie Walk.

Hey all, it's been awhile!
The summer was long, and busy! Thus I didn't get much done... But now I'm at school working on a new photo project. Unfortunately it's not zombie themed... But it is fantasy/sci-fi/mystery based! I have a few images almost ready to put up! I hope you guys will like them! They are different than my zombie images (they focus more on lighting, atmosphere, and the scene, rather than the individual subject). I'm trying to make my bajillion ideas into reality. We'll see how far I'll get. Photos will be up sometime this week...hopefully.
October is my favorite month! Fall, Leaves, Sweatshirt weather, Halloween, Pumpkin carving, Pumpkin coffee, Pumpkin pie! Yesssss!!! And of course...THE NEW JERSEY ZOMBIE WALK! It is so close I can almost smell the rotting flesh! njzombiewalk.com Here is the website for anyone interested! This year NJ Zombie Walk is doing so much stuff: They are having a ZombieCon, The Walk, I think some musical performances, and they are trying to break the Guinness world record! So if you live close to NJ! Come to the walk! You may be including in the breaking of an official Guinness World Record! It is October 30th, but I forget what time the events start... I will be there, hungry for some brains, and of course photographing all the wonderful zombies... so be ready for a giant dump (haha) of zombie walk photos at the beginning of November!!!
Alright, I need to cut the chit-chat. I have much work to do for my Education classes...and some cookie bars to make! YUMMMM! Catch ya later!

Hey all! Been awhile...

Now that the semester is over...ONTO THE NEXT PHOTO PROJECT! I'm going to be working on it during the summer and the fall as an independent study. It will be a series based on my dreams, nightmares, fantasies, fears, etc. It will be horror & fantasy based and will be a combination of my realities and imagination. I am currently organizing my ideas and figuring out how the images in my brain will transfer to photographs so it will be a little bit until I have some photos of that up. But I will of course be photographing in my spare time as well for funsies!
Subject Change: I saw Iron Man 2 for the second time today. I enjoyed it much more a second time, there's plenty of things I didn't catch the first time around that are quite amusing. And Robert Downy Jr. as Tony Stark...
what a handsome handsome handsome, talented man 
AND AND AND I am so excited about Super 8! It reminds me so much of close encounters in the beginning of the trailer! And excited about Thor and Captain America movies coming out next year...trying not to get my hopes up about them though, don't want to be super disappointed. Wow, movie talk. I'm such a nerd and love movies!
Moving on, I finally got home to download L4D2's The Passing. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT!!! Dialogue, Story, Creativity, Variety of different paths, & finale =
A certain someone dead & an update that got rid of the clicky thing so you can say stuff =
But fun stuff overall!
My poor dog, Lucas, hurt his toe somehow when he was outside the other day. We took him to the vet and my dog somehow twisted his toenail and broke it! he had to have his toenail taken off. My poor buddy, I have to take a picture of his paw, he looks so weird missing a toenail.
Alright I'm just blabbering now. Sleepy... time for bed!
